'The Voice': Christina Aguilera & Adam Levine Clashing Over Huge Egos?--The Truth

      Christina Aguilera Adam Levine Fighting

We all know the judges on ‘The Voice’ love to bicker about who is better — but season 10 may be a little different. HollywoodLife.com just learned exclusively how the judges are acting toward each other, and it may surprise you.

The Voice. Is. Back. Christina Aguilera will make her grand return on season 10 on Feb. 29, along side Adam Levine, Blake Shelton and Pharrell. We know that the competition will be better than ever this season, but will the judges? With Adam and Christina’s rocky past, we’re pretty anxious to see how they’re interacting these days.

“Christina and Adam had a weird past because they both have large battling egos, it was like oil and water between them both,” an insider told HollywoodLife.com exclusively. “But now they have got past all of that and everyone gets along great. She may be a diva still to outsiders, but for the crew and the other judges — everyone is friends and there is no drama with anyone right now!”

Well, we are so thrilled to hear that. Of course, this season will mark her big return, as Gwen Stefani is now a mentor for her beau, Blake Shelton’s team. “It would be very shocking if Christina doesn’t win this season,” the source added, since a woman’s team is yet to win this year. “They are going to stack the cards in her favor. Get her that first win and try to eliminate the girl curse.”

For years, Adam and Christina appeared to be down each other’s throats on the show, and rumors circulated that they really didn’t get along — Adam denied those in 2012 in a Q&A. “The fights that everyone thought we were having were fictional—we never hated each other, we never were having some sort of secret battles that everyone thought we were having,” he said. “They were silly bickering things that brother and sister would do. It’s not nearly what everybody thought. We’re all good, Christina and I.”

He also stood up to those who body shamed her at the time. “People shouldn’t say those kinds of things because, f–k you. It’s like, come on guys, grow up,” he said. “It pisses me off. Of course I have her back, of course I defend her.”

The Voice season ten premieres on NBC tonight at 8PM.
