Louis Tomlinson's Agony: Briana Jungwirth Refusing To Let Him See Freddie

Louis Tomlinson is loving fatherhood, but it’s also reportedly brought him some major drama. The singer’s custody battle with baby mama Briana Jungwirth is heating up, and a new report claims she isn’t even letting Louis see little Freddie until he pays up!

Is Louis Tomlinson, 24, being banned from spending time with his newborn son, Freddie?! The boy bander is reportedly at war with Briana Jungwirth over their adorable little boy, as she’s allegedly demanding her pay her more in child support. This one could turn REALLY ugly.

Louis has gotten a lawyer and is prepared to fight Briana for his custodial rights after she told him she wants more money if he wants to see Freddie, according to TMZ. The 24-year-old gave Briana a 3-bedroom home in Calabasas so she can live comfortably with the baby, while he’s renting a mansion close-by, but the site’s sources claim it’s not enough for her. Louis is ready to fight Briana for time with his son and wants an order issued stating that she can’t keep his baby away from him, TMZ reports.

HollywoodLife.com has reached out to Louis’ rep for comment, because overall, this one is a little fishy — Louis just shared a sweet photo of himself cuddling Freddie on Instagram on Feb. 19! This isn’t the first time it’s been rumored that Briana is fishing for money, but she’s continuously remained very private throughout this whole ordeal, so we find it hard to believe that she’d be the greedy type like that.

Louis left L.A. for the first time since Freddie’s birth earlier this week to attend the Brit Awards with bandmate Liam Payne on Feb. 24, and opened up about fatherhood for the first time. “It’s intense, but it’s great,” he gushed. “It’s really exciting, obviously.” Awww! Hopefully this war between he and Briana is nothing but a nasty rumor!
